Building on these rainy days since this part of the world, looking for an excuse to turn on the oven and start enjoying hours of tea during the afternoon rain with a delicious sweet.
This time, I decided to try this recipe, which I found on the site tastefood .
The consistency of the cookies are delicious, very chocolaty and ideal to accompany a cup of milk or tea. And great to start this week.

Here is the recipe.


Ingredients: Dark chocolate

- 400 gr + 200 gr in pieces to decorate
Sugar - 340 gr
butter - 55 gr
flour - 60 gr
Eggs - 4
baking powder - 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp

Preparation: Melt
a water bath 400 g of chocolate with the butter. Remove from heat. Beat sugar and eggs until mixture creamy. Add melted chocolate and butter. Mix. Add vanilla extract. Mix well.
Sift in the flour with salt and baking powder. Add to chocolate mixture, butter, sugar and eggs. Mix gently and add the chocolate chips. Put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile turn the oven to 180 º C.
Cover a tray with parchment paper. Distrubuir the dough on the tray with a spoon.
Bake for about 20 minutes.

Sugar - 340 gr
Butter - 55 gr
Flour - 60 gr
Eggs - 4
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla extract - 2 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp

Directions:

Melt 400g of chocolate with the butter in a double boiler over simmering water. Remove from heat. Beat sugar with eggs until obtain a creamy mixture. Add the melted chocolate with the butter then add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Sift flour into a bowl with salt and baking powder. Add it to the chocolate mixture, butter, sugar and eggs. Mix gently and add the chocolate chunks. Put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 º C.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Drop the batter on the tray with a spoon.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
