Corduroy Bracelet Audio




This recipe was in my queue with so much to do, I finally decided to prepare it, is quite simple to prepare and the result is optimal.
El Quiche Lorraine is a typical French recipe, but let this rich dish is enjoyed everywhere. Here is
this delicious recipe.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
Flour - sifted
Butter 200 gr - 100 gr diced cold
Egg - 1 beaten Salt


Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Bacon - Onion
175 gr - 100 gr Eggs
- 4 (2 whole and 2 yolks)
Cream - 200 ml
Parsley - 1 tbsp Grated
- 100 gr (cheddar, gruyere or parmesan) Salt and Pepper



Preparation: Dough
the most fast is to put flour, butter and salt in a food processor and mix until crumbly. Add a bit of beaten egg until the dough just comes together. Wrapped in cellophane and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
then put it in a mold or kuchen cake, cover with greaseproof paper and put dry beans (dried beans) so that the dough does not rise. Bake in preheated oven at 180 º C for 15 minutes, then remove paper with the beans and continue cooking for about two minutes. Allow to cool.

In a skillet, heat oil and cook the bacon. Remove and blot excess oil. In the same skillet add the onion and cook for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
Beat the eggs, cream, parsley, cheese and add the bacon and onion. Mix well and season to taste.
Pour mixture over the dough and place in the oven preheated to 180 º C for 40 minutes until center is firm.
Serve.

Eggs – 1 beaten
Salt

Bacon - 175 g
Onion - 100 g
Eggs - 4 (2 whole and 2 yolks)
Cream - 200 ml
Parsley - 1 tbsp
Grated cheese - 100 g (cheddar, gruyere or parmesan)
