Mocaccino Cake - Cake Mokaccino

This is a kind of cheesecake, I've seen in an English transfer of R. Allen. Just saw the wanted to try. The result was great, a very soft cake mix chocolate with coffee, a combination of guaranteed success!
The truth is that for me the cheesecake should be with real cream cheese so you do not venture to call it a cheesecake, but the consistency is similar, and most importantly is that it's DELICIOUS!
Here is the recipe.

Ingredients: For the base

digestive biscuits - 375
g butter - 75 gr melted
cream - 2 tablespoons dark chocolate

- Mascarpone Cheese
100 gr - 500 gr
Sugar - 125 gr
Eggs - 3
Café - 125 ml

Preparation:
Start with the base . Crush cookies and add melted butter with the cream. Arrange the mixture in a cake pan about 24 cm in diameter. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Meanwhile mix the mascarpone with the sugar. Beat eggs with fork and add part of a little mascarpone and mix.
When the chocolate is melted, Add coffee and mix. Add chocolate mixture and coffee-mascarpone and mix well
Pour batter into cake pan over the crust.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 50 minutes.
Let cool and garnish with cocoa.
Buon Appetito!
