What Goes Well With Dark Blue Top

Bavarois Chocolate and Orange - Orange and Chocolate Bavarian Cream

To celebrate Valentine's Day I decided to prepare a dessert not too sweet but it was sweet at the same time. Searching and searching I found this recipe which appeared in a magazine here in Italy, a Bavarese of chocolate and orange, the only thing I changed was not to type marble.
since I met my husband, say that this date has begun to make sense in my life, maybe because every time he came before Valentine's Day this date coincided with my time of being single ... but everything depends on the type of company, and is that with my hubby any date is an excuse to celebrate romance.
this recipe to give my contribution to HEMC # 51 Valentine and Cook Book Challenge Week # 4 "Love" . Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients:
Milk - 600 ml warm
Eggs - 6 buds
flour - 20 gr
Sugar - 200 gr
fresh whipping cream - 300 ml
Oranges - 2
grated dark chocolate - 100 g and a little to decorate
Gelatine leaves - 20 gr

Preparation: Put gelatin
to soak in a bowl with cold water. Meanwhile beat the egg yolks with sugar and flour until foamy. Join the milk gradually, mix well and put everything in a saucepan over low heat until it begins to thicken. Add gelatin and mix thoroughly wrung until dissolved in the mixture. Divide mixture into two bowls and add the zest of one orange and the other dark chocolate cut into small pieces. Mix well. Allow to cool. Meanwhile whip the cream until it has doubled in size to divide and incorporate the same amount to the mixture of orange and chocolate. Put the two mixtures into a mold and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Garnish with chocolate and serve.
Buon Appetito!
